Memory Lane

Looking at this road after so long, memories flooded back. We used to clean it up when we were seminarians. The road, once filled with our footsteps, holds stories of the past. It is a bit like revisiting an old chapter of life, where the routine of cleaning symbolized more than just sweeping away dirt– it was about the camaraderie and shared experiences. As I reflect, it hit me that life has taken different turns since those seminary days.

The road’s twists and turns mirrored the unexpected journeys life threw at us. Yet, even though we have gone different path the CICM life, embodied in the “one heart, one soul”, still connects us. Memories comeback with every step, and while we don’t clean that road anymore, the memories linger. It is like a silent acknowledgment of the journey we all took, shaping who we are today. The road to the seminary remains a symbolic link, a place where dreams and memories continue to walk beside us.
